War Room is the Final Boss command layer for Miner Wars. It is being designed to interpret real battle records and surface what deserves attention without inventing odds, objectives, or outcomes.

The War Room Reactor follows the same infrastructure rule as Operations: a visual state can direct attention, but the related records must explain the cause. Battle-specific context may make War Room feel more intense, yet the signal remains controlled and never substitutes for evidence.
